Nuno Rosado was born in 1977 in Lisbon, Portugal. He graduated in 2001 from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon, having studied one year in the "Institut Supérieur d'Architecture Saint-Luc de Wallonie" in Liège, Belgium. In 2003, he did a post graduation in "Information Communication Technologies in Architecture" in the "Bauhaus Foundation" in Dessau, Germany. In 2008, he attended the Design Research Laboratory programme in the Architectural Association School of Architecture, in London, UK, and received a Master in Architecture & Urbanism degree. From 2001 to 2008, he worked for the Office of Metropolitan Architecture, in Rotterdam, engaged, between others, in the project of Casa da Música, in Porto, as a senior architect. Co-founded Impromptu Architects in 2008, which merged with Mese Architects to become ADAPT architects in 2013.
Selahattin Tüysüz graduated from Le Lycee de Saint-Benoit. In 2002 he started his undergraduate education at Yildiz Technical University , Istanbul. In 2004, he took an internship in Paris at Dominique PERRAULT Architecture. In 2005 he studied at Ecole Speciale d'Architecture, at Peter COOK studio. In 2006, he worked at the EAA in Istanbul, as a project director. He participated in the master class on Plastic-Opacity in Bauhaus directed by Hanif KARA. In 2008, he received his master's degree in London on Architecture & Urbanism from Architectural Association DRL Master Program. In the same year he joined Zaha HADID Architects and continued to work on architectural projects in his office "Selahattin Tüysüz Architecture". Co-founded MESE Architects in 2011, which merged with Impromptu Architects to become ADAPT architects in 2013.
José Pedro Azevedo graduated from FAULP (Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade Lusíada do Porto) in 2009 and finished his Master in Architecture from FAULP in 2013. In 2010 he participated in the contest Cova da Moura and M. kova, organized by Lisbon Architecture Triennial. In 2012 he participated in HOMECOMPETITION SHELTER, organized by Building Trust International, and was awarded with an Honorable Mention. In 2013 he participated in a house for PINK FLOYD organized by ICARCH and joined ADAPT architects.
Ana Bacelar graduated in 2007 from Lusíada University in Porto, having finished her Master in Architecture on the same university in 2012. In 2007, she participated in the academic contest “Urban Voids” commissioned by Lisbon Architecture Triennial. In the following three years she collaborated in aNC architects in several projects. In 2013 she worked with the architect Luísa Meneses as a trainee. In 2014 she joined ADAPT architects.
Neslihan Tüysüz was born in Istanbul on 1988. After finishing "Doğa College", she started studying at the "Doğuş University" in the interior design department. She worked at Koytür Ltd as a trainee. Following her graduation, in 2013, she joined ADAPT architects.
Adriana Rosado was born in 1975, in Caracas, Venezuela. She graduated in 2000 from Lusiada University in Porto. She worked at several architectural offices engaged in the design area, highlighting on her professional experience the practice with Teresa Novais and Jorge de Carvalho in aNC architects, and in the office of Sergison Bates Architects in London, United Kingdom. Co-founded Impromptu Architects in 2008 and joined ADAPT architects in 2013.
Sener Tüysüz graduated from Le Lycee Francais de Saint-Michel. In 2000, he started his undergraduate education at Yildiz Technical University at the Civil Eng. Department. In 2001 he took an internship with TAV Construction, at Istanbul Int. Airport as a site engineer. In 2003 he took an internship with YAPI MERKEZI + DOPPELMAYR, at the construction of Karakoy Finucular Metro System as site engineer. In 2005, he received his master's degree on Management of Construction Companies at Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP), he worked at VlNCl Construction Paris as a Chief Assistant of emergency shafts at the construction of an underground highway tunnel in Paris. In March 2006, he worked as Quantity Surveyor at the Deputy Project Director of Marmaray Subway project at TAlSEl Cooperation, a Japanese company. In 2013, he joined the ADAPT architects team.
